  • For Standard Shipping, the carrier is selected at the time of fulfillment to provide the best service to your destination.
  • Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships.
  • Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
  • Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may vary.
  • Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS.
  • During high-volume periods, fulfillment may be delayed by 1-2 days.

MISSING ITEMS

  • If your order arrives and an item is missing, please first check whether your order was split into multiple shipments. You will receive separate tracking emails for each shipment, and items may arrive on different days.
  • If all shipments have been delivered and an item is still missing, contact us at support@zilksleep.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the packing slip and items received. We will investigate with our fulfillment center and ship the missing item at no cost or issue a refund for that item if you prefer.
