Return and Refund Policy

  • We accept returns within sixty (60) days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Returns that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To request a return, log into your account using the email address used at checkout.
  • Once logged in, select your order and click “Request return.”
  • Follow the prompts to submit your request.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of processing. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@zilksleep.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
