Refunds and returns

At ZILK, we stand behind the exceptional quality of our silk products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process simple and transparent.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless defective.

How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Click the Account icon at the top of our website.

  2. Enter the same email address used at checkout.

  3. Check your inbox for a secure one-time login code.

  4. Enter the code to access your orders.

  5. Select your order and click Request return.

  6. Follow the prompts to submit your request.

Once submitted, your return will be reviewed. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after your return is received.
